Lagging behind, running to catch up.

It's no secret I'm always late getting my blog done. I didn't even realize how late I was this time. I was trying to put it off longer but I had an upset stomach tonight and decided I wasn't going to fall asleep so I might as well get caught up. I have to brag a bit because I've yet to miss a day in pictures! Weather I've blogged it late or on time, I've taken it!

January 18th, 2010

I had stayed awake until the wee hours in the morning. Thinking about my life in general. Through the curtain outside my window the moon was very full and bright. I took my camera out and took a few shots of it. It wasn't easy taking a picture through a window with almost no light what so ever. Even though the photos didn't turn out perfect, for some reason I feel like I should remember the way the moon looked that night.

This day passed pretty quickly. I slept most of the day because the night before I hadn't. Sometimes it feels so good to do nothing but sleep. I had been tanning constantly. I don't know what exactly makes a woman want to look better when she's split up with a man. It really has nothing to do with wanting to find any one else. In all honesty I wasn't feeling to bad just doing me. Maybe it's because I've learned to loose but some how or another I kind of think maybe I should have been more upset? But I wasn't.

Later that evening there was a ton of fog outside. It looked so pretty but was so hard to photograph. So all in all, I think most of my shots weren't easily taken today. But for better or worse this is Jan. 18th in pictures.

Taken through Jaydons bedroom window, just over dads out building. The moon, as it was peeking at me. :)

My humble abode through the fog. There's an orb in it. I could have edited out but I left it. Some people think these are ghosts. I think its the fog reflecting back. But Just in case it was my Aunt Emma's way of waving at me I left it anyways. :)

January 19th

It was kind of a bad day from start to finish. Anyone who knows me, knows that my dog Rico is my baby. I love my dog more the most love there children. I know dogs don't live for ever, but when they day comes to lay my baby to rest I will be a basket case I'm sure. Some may think it's funny that people get so obsessed with there animal. I'm sure before I got Rico I would have said the same thing. But I love this dong more then I think I've ever loved any man. Take it as you will.

This particular morning he had chased another dog off of our hill. My mother had let him out while the dog was out there and over the hill he went and would not come back no matter how much screaming we did. My mind was racing with all the possibilities of things that could have happened to him. He could have been eat by another dog, which almost happened to him once. Some one along side of the road could have picked him up. He could be hit by a car? Maybe even lost in the woods and freeze to death. It was insane how many ideas of ways my dog would never again see home came into my mind. I was a complete basket case crying my eyes out. Sobbing like a complete idiot.

I tried to walk off the hill to go look for him in the icy snow. In the middle of all this my sister was having a phone line but in and the telephone guy was wondering around. As I was walking down the hill screaming his name in my meanest voice, because if he thinks I'm angry he usually comes to me. Next thing I know I'm flat on my ass looking up at the sky. To say the least my backside was not feeling like P Diddy. I got up and turned around only to see the telephone guy looking at me. Thankfully the only thing that was hurt was my pride, however, I'm sure as soon as my back was turned he was laughing his ass off.

After three hours of searching for Rico everywhere, he returned home.  I still don't know exactly where he went because mom and dad even went up and down the road looking for him. From now on he goes out on a leash.

If that would have been the only thing that happened in a days time it may not have been so bad. Dad ended up going to the doctor that day as well. But thankfully, the dog and my dad were intact at the end of the day.

I finished off my night by getting together some DVDs for my niece in Cleveland. (For the second time.) The postal office lost the first set I mailed her so I had to start all over which is very frustrating.

This is January 19th in pictures...

Just a reflection of Sandy's Dvds

He knew he better hide among the dolls because I was not very happy with him.

He always acts so innocent after he's been bad.

January 20th, 2011

Hoping for a better day on Thursday was out of the question.  Tim called and he had told me he had to go to a quick care. His knee, which he has already had multiple surgeries on, was giving him problems again. They referred him to a surgeon which he had to meet with the fallowing Tuesday. Despite the fact that we were split up at the time I still felt bad for him. I know it's going to be a journey because he wont be able to work for at least six weeks.

The bad news had made me feel a little down. But my niece Nickie, my nephew Cole, and his soon to be baby momma Carly kept me laughing all night. We found an old Puff Daddy cassette tape and were laughing about how funny even seeing a cassette tape is now a days. Then when we tried to get mom to model it for us she ran. So naturally we had to take an embarrassing picture of her with the cassette tape on her butt, which really makes no since what so ever but at the time it was funny.

So, cassette tape on moms ass and all, here is Jan. 20th in photos!

Note to the dorks, this is not considered booty dancing.
We couldn't even find a player to put it in. Where did the Walkman days go!? Where is Fresh Prince and Jazzy Jeff. What happened to the MC Hammer Dance and  back pack purses? Oh my, I really am getting old!

Old School

I forgot to mention that later that night I did my eyebrows and I messed them up as usual. But the effects of plucking your eye brows is pretty dramatic if you haven't done it in a while.

January 21st, 2011 FRIDAY

After all the tanning I had been doing, I was getting pretty dark and my hair was starting to not match the rest of me. So, I died it black. I guess it wasn't to much of a change because some people didn't even notice it. But I think it's so very rockin'! My hair has grown so much over the past two years. I can't wait until its the length I want it. I'm starting to get some self confidence  you jack waggon. (Like the gicco commercial!) lol But yea, I'm bringing sexy back in all the ways except the one I should be which is working out. That will change soon. I've just been preoccupied. Story of my life!

Tim and I ended up working things out. He came home only to visit the bed and snore ten minutes after he got here. He's definitely not the romantic type. But yeah, March 24th will be 3 years for the two of us. As much as we argue though, there's no wedding bells ringing anytime soon. I'm way to independent for that anyways.

After he took a nap for a couple of hours I got his ass out of bed because, after all, letting him sleep would have been way to nice of me. I'm not a very nice person, you see. I took Tim to Hell, (Walmart), so I could pick up a couple of things for a maternity shoot I was doing that Saturday. All and all it was a good day.

Rockin the black hair

Dreaming of green contacts, which I soon will have if I can keep everyone else out of the doctors office long enough for me to get my eyes examined. (Which they desperately need!)

January 22nd, 2011

It really is amazing how pictures bring back a memory. Thinking about what I did on this day I had completely forgotten. But then I pull up the pictures from this date and it was like OH DUH! But I had an amazing Maternity Shoot with Melinda (Owens) Helmick. I loved all the shots I did of her. I'm very proud of this set of pictures.

Tim ended up having to work so there really wasn't to much excitement that day but I'm insanely in love with my work. So when I "work" it really doesn't feel like work at all.  I was so passionate during this shoot and I think it really shows.

This is January 22nd in pictures!

This one is my favorite, I don't know why. I just loved it.
This is a quilt her mother made her.
^^^ Jan 22nd In pics! ^^^

January 23rd was a fun day!

Tim and I went to wheeling to return a tv to best buy because we thought that the base was broken on it. But it turns out we are just stupid. lol There was nothing wrong with tv. But they did give us a new one and the guy from the geek squad showed us how the base went on to the tv.

We ate lunch at a Quaker steak and lube. I had eaten in one in Cleveland. Tim had never been to one so of course he was walking around checking out all the cars and motorcycles they had hanging from the ceiling. Since we had gotten there at the crack of dawn we were the only ones in there which was kind of nice. They were decorating for the steelers and the Jett game so everything was yellow and black which is alright by me.

The Steelers are going to the super bowl, by the way. In case you hadn't heard. :) I want to remember that! And something else I want to remember, which I did not get a picture of was the fact that tim and I had on the same exact wvu sweatshirt. We are driving down the road to wheeling, I look over and I'm like, "WTH Tim, is it fullhouse twin day?" And he goes "What do you mean?" And I"m like... being the smart as that I am... "Nothing Mary Kate just drive." And he goes "What? I don't even know anyone named Mary Kate?" I had to laugh. He's such a dork.

I also got a Nora Roberts book, first I've read of hers yet. I'm not much on romance novels but I figured I'd give it a try.

My nephew didn't know what a Quaker steak and lube was and of course being 18 with a mind as dirty as his all I heard was lube jokes when he seen our "Wing Wag" (Handy wipes they give you with your check) laying on the kitchen table.

Me before going to wheeling. Make up does wonders for my appearance lol!

Since my camera is pretty bulky, I didn't take it in with us but we were bored waiting for our food. I took a few shots with Tim's Cell. So here's some of those shots. :)

Vet hanging from the ceiling

I don't care if I am 25 I still love a curly straw!

We love claw machines, this one took our money though so it sucks!

We played a round of elk hunter. (Tim won of course)
Go Timmy Go!
I love me some chicken!
You can't tell from this pic but this burger was HUGE.
It's strange how cameras make people look fat and burgers look small lmao!
Tim waiting to eat.
Turkeys In Tyler County on our way back home
We thought this house was on fire, but it was a gas well burning off behind it.

Monday, January 24th, 2011 was a pretty average day. I spent most of the day editing pics from my Saturday photo shoot. When the mail arrived I was less then thrilled to know that the package I had mailed my niece sandy in Cleveland had never been received because some one at the Pennsylvania post office decided to open it and keep the contents. But they found the empty envelope and mailed it back to me. How thoughtful of them right? I have to fill out a form but I am pretty sure I will never get back the contents of the envelope. I already had came to the conclusion it was lost though. So I had resent her the stuff that was in it. Just makes me so mad!

The envelope, it looks wonderful right?
Dad and rays jam session. (He's teach ray how to play)
My brother Danny is locked up... but I'm gonna break him out!

And this was January 24th, in pictures.

Today, which is now yesterday I guess since it's 3:30 am. Anyways, I'm confusing myself. January 25th, 2011 which was a Tuesday, Tim had to meet with the surgeon who in fact confirmed he will need a knee operation which will be with in the next two weeks. Which really sucks. This will make his fourth leg operation. I think that's just insane. Other then that it was a pretty dull day. He must have taken the news well because he went fishing afterwards and I watched the house for dad and mom to go to dads appointment for his oxygen.

I'll have to put a picture up later of the two old people in the waiting room I took on Tim's cell phone. They were so cute. The old man says "excuse me miss, do you have a date for lunch." And she said... "Why yes I do, with the same man who's been taking me to lunch for the past 53 years." And the old man says "Oh do I know him?" And she laughs and says "You should I'm talking to him now." Then they just smiled and held hands I was like awwww. :) You get kind of bored in a waiting room so you have to entertain yourself. They were more interesting then the guy with tattoos on his face and the lady that kept texting and sobbing the whole time.

But this is January 24th in pictures.

On our way to Ohio today to Tim's appointment.
Tim and Tony Dodds catch for the day.
My dog, he's insane.
Cheech, my favorite sibling. He's a dummy head though. This is what he does if you say Kitty Kitty to him.

Well this was the past week pretty much in pictures. I def. will have to start keeping up with it. Even though I can remember all the things just from looking at the photos, it takes forever to do so many days at once. I hope I can get back in the swing of doing it daily! Now I'm going to go to bed because it's 3:39 am and I have a toddler shoot in the morning. I'm so excited though, I can't wait! Goodnight to all who read this! xoxo

As Always~Jackie
